I was charged a Foreign Transaction Fee, what does that mean?
When you purchase Closet, the only charges that we take (or receive) are the price of the package you are purchasing (as shown on our order page) and any VAT or Tax that may be due depending on the country you are based in. Though we ship out of the US, Closet operates from Canada. Some banks and credit card issuers may charge a small “foreign transaction” fee for currency conversions or other processes involved with processing your payment.
Can I use more than one promo code per order?

What’s the right way to clean my toys?
Always clean your toys before and after you play using an antibacterial spray or antibacterial soap and warm water (we recommend both!)
What kind of lubricant can I use with my new Closet® toy?
Water-based lubes are compatible with virtually every sex toy, so those are your best bet. Silicone lubricants may damage silicone toys.
How do I know if Closet® toys are safe for my body?
Our toys are developed with high quality body-safe materials (like silicone). They go through rigorous testing to ensure they are safe for internal and external use.
How do I know if a toy is safe for my butt?
When a toy is made for your tush, you’ll notice it has a flared base, which is designed to make sure you don’t “lose” your toy inside you. Avoid an unnecessary trip to the ER by only using toys with a flared base for anal play.
Can I use my new toy in the shower?
Before using any toy in the shower or bath, we recommend carefully reading that toy’s use and care instructions. If your toy is “splash-proof”, then you should not take it into the bath with you. If it’s waterproof/fully submersible, then you’re safe! Still not sure if it’s safe?

Contact us and let us know what’s happening (or not) with your toy. If your toy is still under warranty, we’ll happily ship you a replacement for any mechanical failure. Please include a video, this helps expedite the process for you!
I lost the user manual for my Closet® toy! Can you send me another one?

How do I charge my Closet Line toy?
For the original Closet line: if you look near the base of the toy, you’ll notice a light engraving marked “DC”. The hole to plug the charging pin in is right by that and requires a bit of a piercing at first charge.
How long does it take to charge a Closet line toy?
Closet® toys take 2 hours for a full charge.

Your discretion is our priority, bb. All orders arrive in plain packaging with a shipping label that reads Cruising Company. Billing is very discreet and will show up as Closet on your statement. Apple Pay is the only method of payment that will show up as Closet on your statement.
How much is shipping?
United States: standard shipping is free on orders over $99! Shipping is otherwise $6 on orders from $49-$98, $10 from $10-$48, and $15 if your order total is less than $10.
If you need a faster delivery you will have the option to pay extra for Priority or Expedited shipping at checkout.
Canada: standard shipping is free on orders over $129! Shipping is otherwise $8 on orders from $49-$128, and $15 if your order total is less than $49.
If you need a faster delivery you will have the option to pay extra for Priority or Expedited shipping at checkout.
United Kingdom: shipping is free on orders over £139! Shipping is otherwise £8 on orders from £69-138, and £15 if your total is less than £69.France & Germany: shipping is €29.EU shipping is €39.Any other international destination: shipping is $39.

Will I be charged duties if I am shipping outside the US?
Any order being shipped outside of the US (including Canada) may be subject to additional costs in duties. The amount of duties/taxes are at the discretion of the destination country. We cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package.
I never received a confirmation email, was my order processed?
Please check your junk/spam, sometimes we end up in there! If you still don't see anything from us please shoot us a message and we'll make sure there was no typo in the email address entered.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order progress easily by logging in to your Closet account and clicking on the tab that says Order History. Once your order is placed and verified, we will email you an order confirmation with your order number. We will send you a second email with the tracking details once your order has been shipped out. You don’t need to have a Closet account to receive this tracking email. Your tracking details will be sent to the email you provide during the checkout process.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for health and hygiene reasons. Our policy is firm: any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
What if an item is defective?
If the item you received is defective, send us a message with your order number and we’ll get it sorted for you ASAP. A defective product will include, but is not limited to, the following issues:

damage to external shell
won’t turn on or off
won’t change modes

Can I modify/cancel my order after placing it?
Orders placed on Closet are processed and labelled immediately to ensure the quickest possible delivery for our customers. Once placed, orders and shipping methods cannot be modified or canceled, so check out carefully, please!
